Rotini with Marinara, Broccoli, Carrots, & Peppers

Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 bag broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lg red pepper, chopped
- 2 cans jarred marinara suace
- 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cups loosely packed fresh basic leaves
- 1/3 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat lg covered saucepot of salted water to boiling on high. Add pasta. Cook, adding broccoli to saucepot 4 minutes.

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium 1 minute. Add carrots, onion, & pepper; cook 8 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce and pepperoni. Cook 2 minutes.

Drain pasta and broccolio; stir into skillet with marinara mixture. Sprinkle with basil. Serve with parmesan.
