Slow Cooker Fall Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1 16 oz. can of cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a ziploc bag. Label and freeze.

  2. To cook, thaw, place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cover. 6-8 hrs. on low.
