Last-minute Lasagna

I think the bag of frozen cheese ravioli I bought was a bit larger than 18-oz, it worked just fine. You can also use 2 boxes of spinach if you like spinach. And feel free to add more cheese…I don’t skimp on cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 26-oz jar pasta sauce
  • 1 18-oz bag frozen large cheese ravioli, unthawed
  • 1 10-oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 8-oz bag shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  3. Place 12 ravioli on top (enough to cover first layer).

  4. Cover with the spinach and half the mozzarella. Add another layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce, mozzarella and the Parmesan.

  5. Cover w/ foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly, 5 to 10 minutes more.
