Hollandaise Vegetable Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken ramen noodles
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup margarine, firm
- mixed vegetables (frozen, canned, or fresh)
Directions

Cook noodles and drain.

Brown chicken; season with 1/4 seasoning packet.

In small saucepan, stir egg yolks and lemon juice briskly with spoon.

Add 1/2 the margarine, stir over low heat until margarine melts.

Add remaining margarine, stirring briskly until margarine melts and sauce thickens.

Cook vegetables and drain.

Top noodles with vegetables and sauce.
