Beefy Mushroom Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package beef ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef strips
  • 1 3 ounce can mushrooms
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup water mixed with seasoning packet

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. Brown beef.

  3. In small saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.

  4. Stir in mushrooms; brown slowly.

  5. Blend in flour; cook and stir until deep brown.

  6. Stir in water mixture; heat to boiling and stir 1 minute.

  7. Add a few drops Worcestershire sauce.

  8. Serve noodles topped with meat and sauce.
