Ramen Primavera

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup red pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/8 cup slivered almonds
Directions

Toast almonds in skillet until lightly browned.

Set aside.

Stir fry vegetables in oil for 1 minute.

Add broken noodles and 3/4 cup water.

Steam for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Top with almonds and serve.
