Skillet Veggie Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1-lb) pkg. Green Giant Am. Mixtures Frozen corn, broccoli and red peppers
- 1 (11-oz) can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Shredded cheese
- Lettuce and tomatoes
- 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain

Add vegetables, soup and salsa

Mix well

Reduce heat; cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally

Spoon mixtures onto warmed tortillas; fold up bottom and overlap sides

If desired serve with additional salsa

TIP: Shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatores can be added before folding tortillas
