Cheese Meatballs

Serves 24 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (12 ounces) cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.

  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.

  4. Place 2 inches apart in greased 15 by 10 by 1 inch baking pans.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
