5 Super-food Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Basil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Package of Tofu (soft)
- 2 Hand-fulls Walnuts
- 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbs Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Bunch of Leafy greens (Parsley, Arugula, Spinach, etc)
- 1 Package of Whole Grain Pasta
- 2 Sweet Potatoes

Blend first 7 ingredients in Food Processor

Cook Pasta

Cook Sweet Potatoes in Microwave (about 5 minutes)

Dice up Sweet Potatoes and put over the Pasta/Pesto
