Chocolate- marmolade cake

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons soda
  • 100 g pear and cranberry marmolade
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • rum extract
  • pecan nuts, 2 tablespoons butter and brown suger for topping

Directions

  1. Mix everything untill smooth. The dough will be thick and quite sticky. Preheat the oven. Pour the dough into the pan. Roughly chop the pecans. Rub them in butter and spread over the cake. Sprinkle with brown suger.

  2. Bake for 50 minutes in 175 degress.
