VERY CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or 1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.

  3. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or just until set. (Do not overbake.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 3-1/2 dozen cookies.
