Crispy beer-batter onion rings

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup beer
- 3 lg onions cut into 1/2 in thick slices, rings seperated
- 1 tbsp olive oil

oven temp 425

mix dry ingredients

stir in beer w/whisk until foam subsides

add onions, tossing to coat evenly, a few at a time

allow excess batter to drip off

place on plate

heat oil in a lg non-stick skillet over med-high until hot

cook single layerof onion rings for apprx 1 1/2 min on each side or until browned

place on baking sheet when done

bake for 6 min or until crispy
