warm blueberry cobbler

Ingredients

  • Fruit Filler
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 c. blueberries
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Biscuit Topping
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 oz milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat to 400

  2. in lg saucepan mix together sugar and cornstach

  3. stir in bluevberries and lemon juic

  4. cook stirring constantly, over med-high heat until thickens and boils

  5. boil, stirring, 1 min.

  6. pour in an ungreased baking pan

  7. cover to keep hot

  8. topping;

  9. in med. bowl whicsk together flour, sugar and baking powder

  10. add milk and oil, stirring w/wooden spoon until dough forms

  11. drop balls onto hot mix of fruit

  12. bake 25 to 30 min.
