Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breasts halves
- 1 med napa cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 med red bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
- Fresh cilantro sprigs garnish
Directions

Whisk together first 6 ingredients; set 1/4 cup mixture aside.

Combine remaining soy sauce mixture and chicken in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag and chill 3 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over med high heat (350 – 400 F) 20 min or until done. cool and cut into thin strips.

Toss together cabbage, bell pepper, and chopped cilantro; top with chicken. Drizzle with reserved soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame sides. Garnish if desired.
