Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 oz corned beef
  • 3 Tb sauerkraut
  • Swiss cheese
  • Thousand Island or Russian dressing
  • rye, pumpernickel, or marble bread

Directions

  1. Spread butter on the insides of the bread and grill. Fry sauerkraut and corned beef separately. Layer, with Swiss cheese between layers; let cheese melt. Top with dressing.
