Ingredients
- 16 oz can peaches, drained, save liquid
- 2.5 lbs chicken
- 1/4 c orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 c malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Rice
Directions

Brown chicken.

Combine peach liquid, orange juice, malt vinegar, brown sugar, basil, salt, cinnamon, and pepper.

Cook, covered, over med for 25-30 minutes.

Add peaches.

In a small bowl mix together cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce, heat to thicken.

Serve over rice.
