Velveeta Cheesy Pasta Casarole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 pkg frozen italian style vegetable combination, thawed
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes and chilies, undrained
  • 12 oz velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Combine ingredients in 13×9-inch baking dish, cover with foil

  3. bake 40 minutes, let stand 5 minutes, stir
