Curried Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can cherries
  • 1 can pear halves
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain canned fruit and place in a baking dish. Combine brown sugar, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the fruit and place it in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
