Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes (about 3 or 4 large ones)
- 1 cup sugar 1 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs and sour cream. Spread in a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the sweet potatoes, covering the top as much as possible. Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is browned and crunchy.
