Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 kgs of baby potatoes, washed & patted dry
- 25 rashers of thin bacon
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes

Wrap the bacon around the potatoes so that the bacon. Wrap a second rasher of bacon around the first piece. Hold the bacon in place by skewering the potato.

Place potatoes in a baking dish and roast for 40 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and serve.
