Directions

Cut up meat

put in skillet with 1/2 c water

add a little oil, salt, garlic, and onion

boil until meat is almost done

Take out onion and garlic

add carrots and potatoes (cut into small pieces)

Cook until done (5-10 minutes)

Add salsa – 2 tomatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, beef bouillon
