Ingredients
- Pesto and Roasted Garlic Wrap
- Ground lamb
- mint sauce
- red onion
- cooked carrot
- roasted garlic
- Fresh kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- Fresh Rosemary
- Heavy cream
- Olive oil
Directions

Saute chopped red onion and ground lamb in olive oil until lamb is browned.

Add some mint sauce and cook until no moisture remains.

Add heavy cream and cook until thickened.

Take off heat and add cooked carrots, roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and sliced kiwi.

Pile ingredients in a wrap.

Wrap and roll and enjoy.
