Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 slices canadian bacon, cut in half and then into thin strips
- butter
- 2 bagels, split
- 4 eggs
Directions

combine apple, cheddar and bacon

season w/salt n pepper

heat butter in skillet and add bagels, cut side down
-
crack an egg into each bagel hole
-
cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until eggs are firm enough to flip bagel.
-
flip gently and top each bagel with apple mixture

cover and cook until cheese melts
