Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper
Directions

Bring 3 cups of stock to a boil over medium-high height in 6-8 cup saucepan. Best stock wtih eggs, cheese, nutmeg, and parsely until well-blended.

When stock is boiling, adjust heat. Sitr occasionally. Cook 2-3 minutes.

Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
