Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Tortilla chips or vegetables to dip
Directions

In a skillet, cook beef, onions, green pepper, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, oregano, and pepper.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in cheeses.

Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Serve hot with chips.
