Hot Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • * 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • * 1 cup mayonnaise
  • * 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • * 1 T minced onion
  • * 2 green onions
  • * black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine all the ingredients and.

  3. spoon into 9" pie plate or similar baking dish.

  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or til lightly browned.

  5. If you want, can sprinkle on top chopped tomato and/or chopped green onions on top.

  6. I serve this with crackers.
