White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Melt butter in top of double boiler and stir in flour until smooth.

  2. Add milk and stir slowly until thickens

  3. Cheese may be added at this time for augrautin
