Pizza Dough
(from angcarrig’s recipe box)
Prep time: 120 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- 7 c flour
- 2 c warm water
- 4 T yeast
- 4 T honey
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 t salt
Directions

Mix together and let rise 45 mintues until doubled. Punch down and let rise another hour. Roll dough to 1/4 inch. Pierce with fork and place on cornmeal on pizza pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
