Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c cornmeal
- 1/2 c wheat germ
- 1 t baking soda
- 4 T sugar
- 4 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 2 c soymilk
- 4 T canola oil
- 3 t ground flaxseed
- 1/2 c water

x wet and dry ingredients then add dry to wet. Mix just until moistened. Cook on griddle at 300-325.
