Pizza

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • 1 14oz can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 T Italian seasoning
  • 1 pkg soy pepperoni
  • 2 recipes Cashew Ricotta
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms

Directions

  1. Roll out the dough into two large pizzas. Top with 1 c tomato sauce each. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Top with Cashew Ricotta, soy pepperoni, thinkly sliced onions, and lightly sauteed mushrooms. Bake according to dough directions.
