Ingredients
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- 2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast 1" thick
- 2 2/3 c. Prego Traditional Italian Sauce
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) sliced mushrooms
- 1 slice bacon cooked and cumbled
- Cooked egg noodles
Directions

Pray 10" skillet with cooking spray

Heat over medium high heat for 1 minute

Add beef
-
Cook for 6 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking

Stir the sauce, vinegar, mushrooms and bacon in a 5 quart slow cooker

Add beef and turn to coat

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 (or high 4 to 5) hours or until beef is fork tender

Serve with the egg noodles
