Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
- 3.5 C Fresh ground spelt, kamut, or whole wheat flour
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 4 T Melted butter
- 1.5 t Sea Salt
- 2 t Baking Soda
- unbleached white flour
Directions

eheat oven 350.

Mix flour with buttermilk to form a thick dough, cover and leave in a warm place 12-24 hours.

Place in food processor and knead for several minutes.

Blend in remaining ingredients (except flour).

Roll out to 3/4" thickness using flour to keep dough from sticking.

Cut biscuits and place on greased baking sheet.

Bake 40 minutes.
