Ingredients

• 1 lb. sausage (used hot sausage)
• 6 slices bread
• 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
• 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 c. milk

Directions

1. Heat oven to 325

2. Cook and drain sausage

3. Beat eggs and milk

4. Mix all in greased 10 × 6 × 2 pan

5. Bake 30 minutes covered

6. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes
