Ingredients
- 1bag of green grapes
- 1 cucumber pealed and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 7 scallions
- juice of one lime
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- salt and white pepper (to taste)
- thin with apple juice and or white wine
- sprigs of fresh mint for garnish
