Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. chuck roast (uncooked)
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 12 oz. can beer (optional)
  • 3-4 oz. jar jalapeno peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

  1. Throw in crock pot with fat cut from beef

  2. Cook all day
