Warm Potatoes with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 lb new potatoes
  • 6 t pesto
  • 1/2 c Almesan
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender. Drain, transfer to salad bowl. Add pesto, salt and pepper and toss. Sprinkle with Almesan.
