Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- fresh basil - small bunch
- thyme - a few springs
- rosemary - 1 spring
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 can whole tomatoes
Directions

Puree onion, basil, thyme, rosemary and garlic in food processor.

Sautee with olive oil for a few minutes.

While the above is cooking, take the canned tomatoes and puree in food processor. Add to pan and cook with herbs for 15 minutes. Add sugar and red wine.
