Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz bacon, finely chopped (about 2 slices)
- 1/4 C fresh parsley
- 1 t minced garlic
- 3 T Parmesean cheese, grated
- 1 T Bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t ground pepper
Directions

Combine ingredients and shape into balls.

Arrange on baking sheets & freeze 1 hour.

Use straight from freezer, cooking/browning as needed. Makes 40 small meatballs.
