Meatballs

Serves 40 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz bacon, finely chopped (about 2 slices)
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 3 T Parmesean cheese, grated
  • 1 T Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 t ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and shape into balls.

  2. Arrange on baking sheets & freeze 1 hour.

  3. Use straight from freezer, cooking/browning as needed. Makes 40 small meatballs.
