Simple Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (pork is preferred)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients with your paws until thoroughly combined. This will take time and effort, but trust me, it’s well worth it. Roll into small balls about the size of a walnut. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F until the tops are golden brown. Take care not to burn the bottoms—that takes away from the delight
