Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 cup very hot tap water
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
Directions

Mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.

Add water and salad oil.

Beat 1 minute at low speed.

Stir in flour.

Knead 10 minutes.

Let rise 35 minutes.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes with toppings.
