Jeanene’s Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 White Cake Mix (not pudding cake)
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello (small pkg)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 or 16 oz) thawed
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. Reserve 3 Tbls of strawberry juice

  2. Mix cake mix, jello, oil, eggs, strawberries, and water.

  3. Pour into a greased bundt, tube or 2 loaf pans

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  5. The glaze is sugar and strawberry juice
