Flatbread with Rosemary and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Fontina cheese, grated
  • Sea salt
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Rosemary, coarse chopped
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. On work surface lay out flatbread. Top with grated fontina chesse, sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. Top with fresh shaved parmesan cheese.
