Ingredients
- 1 can (29 ounces) peach halves, drained (save syrup in separate bowl)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 whole cloves
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In a saucepan, combine 2/3 cup of the peach syrup with all the other ingredients, except the peaches. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Pour over peaches. Cool, then cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Bring to room temperature and eat. Any leftover peaches will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
