Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can mangos, juice and all
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 small packages lemon Jello

Directions

  1. Mix Jello with the 2 cups boiling water. Place mangos and cream cheese in blender or food processor and blend well. Add Jello and orange juice. Pour into ring mold and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on Lettuce leaves, garnished with strawberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, and/or melon balls.
