Ingredients
- 2-4 mangoes, diced
- 1 Roma tomato, diced (optional)
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper stemmed, seeded, and chopped (or amount to taste)
- finely chopped cilantro &/or parsley leaves
- freshly squeezed lime juice
- juice of one orange
- 1 small avocado, diced (optional)
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl; gently fold together until evenly mixed. Refrigerate, covered for up to 3 days.
