Grilled Shrimp

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 pounds peeled large shrimp

Directions

  1. In a small glass or stainless steel bowl, mix the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, and garlic. Add the shrimp, and marinate 15 minutes. Grill the shrimp on hot coals, or broil in the oven for several minutes on each side, or until done. Serve.

  2. Makes 6 servings.
