Ingredients
- 2 Tbls Flour
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 lb Swiss Cheese
- 4 Tbls Chopped onions
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups French green beans - drained
Directions

Sautee onions in butter. Add salt, pepper, flour, & sugar. Remove from heat. Add green beans and sour cream. Pour into small greased casserole dish.

**Add 1/2 cheese to middle of mix. Then top with the rest of the mix. Top with cheese.

Optional bread crumbs topped with melted butter. Brown for 10-15 minutes.
