Patricia’s Swiss Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls Flour
  • 2 Tbls Butter
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 lb Swiss Cheese
  • 4 Tbls Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups French green beans - drained

Directions

  1. Sautee onions in butter. Add salt, pepper, flour, & sugar. Remove from heat. Add green beans and sour cream. Pour into small greased casserole dish.

  2. **Add 1/2 cheese to middle of mix. Then top with the rest of the mix. Top with cheese.

  3. Optional bread crumbs topped with melted butter. Brown for 10-15 minutes.
