Fresh-Fruit Pizza with Lemon Curd

Ingredients
- 18 ounce pkg. Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 tablespoon Seedless raspberry jam melted
- 3/4 cup Lemon curd
- 2 cups Raspberries fresh
- 2 cups Blackberries fresh
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 1 Plum sliced
- -- Glaze --
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice

Preheat oven to 350°.

Press dough into a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Spread jam over crust. Spread Lemon Curd over jam, and arrange fruit on top.

To prepare glaze, combine ingredients and boil 1 minute. Spoon over fruit.
