Ingredients

  • a can of chickpeas
  • thawed soybean
  • a can of black beans
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • chopped up sun dried tomatos.

Directions

  1. Rinse the black beans to get rid of some of the goo

  2. mix everything together

  3. serve cold
