black bean and corn salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (i used the green tabasco sauce)
  • juice of one lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
