Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can sweet corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (i used the green tabasco sauce)
- juice of one lime
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
